A settlement closes a case. It doesn’t always close the gap that let the harm happen in the first place.
Most plaintiff firms win the case and stop. The defendant’s PR team moves on, the story fades, and the next family walks into the same danger your client just proved existed. I built this practice because the verdict is only half the win.
I’m not a registered lobbyist, and I won’t pretend to be one. I don’t walk bills through markup, manage a PAC, or work a closed-door influence campaign. What I do is entirely public: build the public case, place the story, and help line up testimony from the people your legislative ask needs to hear from.
If your case has a policy gap behind it, let’s talk about what a national campaign could look like.
