The explanation. A plain-English summary of the liability issue, the toxic tort report or the accounting.

The source. Lead plaintiffs’ counsel or a technical expert, on the record, when counsel agrees. You get the lawyer, not a PR rep.

The chronology. A sourced timeline of the conduct as alleged in the filings.

The pictures. Where cleared: photos of counsel and experts, redacted exhibits, b-roll of proceedings, and video of testimony or counsel statements in broadcast formats.
