When a Case Reaches Capitol Hill or a Federal Agency.

The public side of a case that reaches Capitol Hill or a federal agency: the hearing record, the regulatory docket and the press that covers both.

The Defense Check
Free. The hearing record and the public docket, in writing, the same day, before you decide anything.
THE APPROACH

Some matters draw a congressional hearing, a regulatory docket or both. This is public-record work: hearing transcripts, comment periods and scheduled testimony, coordinated with counsel so the same facts hold in a hearing and in a courtroom. It is press work, not lobbying. I am not a registered lobbyist, and I do not meet with members or staff on a client’s behalf.

01

What I Do

Tracks committee calendars, markups and agency dockets, including Federal Register notices and comment periods, and briefs counsel the moment something moves.
02

What You Get

A client or expert already scheduled to testify, prepared for the public appearance: plain-language framing, a clear answer to the hardest likely question, and a fact sheet for the reporters covering the hearing live.
03

Why It Matters

A hearing can put a case in front of national reporters who never cover a courtroom, if the story is ready before the gavel.
